Site Move...Again!
Yep. I've moved The Age Of Will website again, and I'm back to SquareSpace. The ease of use is such a draw. It is so easy to control the site, so easy to post new items...it just all works.
I still have some tweaking to do. For example, I don't have code formatting working well yet. But I'll get it figured out.
It's been a few years since I've checked out SquareSpace. The blog post showing version 6 caught my attention. I can't wait to see some of the enhancements.
The Pseudonym App site still needs to be moved, but there is no rush.
Enjoy!
Pseudonym Version 1.1 Released
Pseudonym Version 1.1 is Released! It's not a huge upgrade, but does open the door to some big future changes.
I added the most requested feature, the ability to edit favorites. It works pretty well. Once you flag a name as a favorite, then you can add any text you like to the name. You could tweak the spelling, or make a note about the character the name is intended for.
The other big addition is access to an online names source. The online database has many times more names, and will generate far more interesting names.
The official release notes are up on the Pseudonymapp site.
Check out the app here on the app store.

Pseudonym Launch!
Pseudonym is live on the app store!
I've been working on an ios app (for iPad and iPhone) that generates character names for writers. As a writer, I often run into a writing wall where there creative flow grinds to a halt simply because I can't find the right name for a character.
There are several good name generator apps on the web, but none of them work exactly the way I want. So Pseudonym was born. Plus it has been a great distraction from writing. Ok...that's one negative, but I've learned a lot along the way.
Check it out. Hope you find it useful.

Old Time Radio
I'm still working on my iPad app. It's going well, and I've learned a lot, but I've decided it needs to be a universal app, not just an iPad app. So, I'm going to spend the weekend converting it.
Still several outstanding issues, but for the most part, it's near release...a few more weeks at most.
Now the challenging parts. I need to figure out a good branding scheme, and work on a support site for the app.
Hope folks are having a great holiday weekend. I'm filling mine with programming and great old time radio shows. Check out The 1920s Radio Network. Great way to fill the day :-)
Enjoy!
